Brief:
The brief was to streamline Craft Central’s previously manual booking process by creating an online event booking system, to manage event bookings, training for desinger-makers and membership of the Craft Central Network. It was crucial that the system was intuitive to use by visitors to the site and easy for the Craft Central team to administer.
