With Shopify holding 10% of the global e-commerce platform marketshare, Shopify and Shopify Plus are attracting e-commerce big hitters. Brands are migrating to the Shopify platform to sell more online. Here are the Shopify superstars.

Budweiser

For over 160 years, Anheuser-Busch has brewed some of the world's most popular beers, described as world-class brew makers they now expanded the Budweiser empire and currently sell branded merchandise on their e-commerce store.

WaterAid

WaterAid is an international non-profit organisation whose ultimate goal is to transform the lives of some of the world’s poorest communities by providing them with safe water, sanitation and hygiene. Supporters of WaterAid are now able to buy greeting cards that help those in need of better access to water. 

The Economist

The Economist online offers an authoritative insight and opinions on international news, politics, business, finance, science and technology. The e-commerce store stocks a range of Economist printed and audio books, as well as a range of office stationary and diaries. 

Sunday Somewhere

Sunday Somewhere are a premium eyewear brand with a severe case of Wanderlust. Developed by Dave Allison in late 2010, the brand has since taken off around the globe due to great consumer reflection to the label’s focus to detail, quality, simplicity and originality.

Penguin Books

Penguin Books are a brand long rooted in British publishing history, bringing literature and joy to many generations. Founded in 1935, it is one of the largest English-language publishers and is part of the "Big Five" international publishing houses.

Tesla Motors

Tesla Motors was founded in 2003 by a group of engineers in Silicon Valley who wanted to prove that electric cars could be better than gasoline-powered cars. Tesla is now not just an automaker, but also a technology and design company with a focus on energy innovation.

Red Bull

Red Bull is the highest-selling energy drink in the world, and the product is marketed through advertising, events, sports team ownerships, celebrity endorsements, and music, through its record label Red Bull Records. Their online store stocks official Red Bull related products, such as hats, t-shirts, backpacks, jackets and more.

Gymshark

Gymshark is a fitness apparel and accessories brand, manufacturer & online retailer based in the United Kingdom, supported by over 3 million highly engaged social media followers and customers in 131 countries.

Skinnydip

Launched in 2011 by Lewis Blitz and brothers James & Richard Gold, Skinnydip London has grown into a brand with over 100 concessions. Skinnydip sales rocketed after being stocked in leading global retailers including Selfridges, Nordstorm, ASOS & Topshop. 

KKW Beauty

Kim Kardashian had a busy year in 2017 after launching her own cosmetic line to rival her sister, Kylie. She came bursting on to the beauty scene with her two brands KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance and it came as no surprise that products sold out in minutes on launch day.

Bootea

2016 was the year Bootea exploded into the dietary and lifestyle scene. A cleverly marketed detox tea and one of the most successful Instagram marketers we have ever seen. Bootea products have achieved listings with multiple national retailers and over 1 million customers worldwide.

The National Portrait Gallery

The National Portrait Gallery is a British art institution, housing works depicting monarchy, writers and poets as early as the 1600's through to the modern era  It’s only fitting their e-commerce offering should be held to the same high standard as works of art that adorn their walls.

The cosmetic queen of Kardashian fame recently sold out her new eyeshadow palette within 2 minutes. With 11 million followers on Twitter and an outstanding 82 million followers on Instagram, Shopify easily handled the flood of traffic serving up makeup to her loyal army of fans.

Yeezy Supply

The Yeezy Supply store was set up to allow customers to directly purchase the Adidas YEEZY Boost 350 (previously exclusive to Adidas). The site has now expanded to sell Kanye West's much sort after clothing line. 

MVMT Watches

Founders, Kramer LaPlante and Jake Kassan dropped out of College to pursue their dream of starting up a Watch brand. Today their website boasts a supply of premium on-trend watches and accessories, designed at their headquarters in LA.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics

Jeffree Star Cosmetics is a makeup line founded by American singer-songwriter, make-up artist and fashion designer Jeffree Star. This brand is perfect for "anyone who's fearless enough to be their own person".

Lady Gaga Offical Shop

The Lada Gaga Offical Shop is dedicated to the offering of the official album and tour merchandise of the 6 times Grammy-winning solo artist. With a simple homepage and storefront, Gaga fans can pick up their favourites almost instantly.  

Colourpop

ColourPop, founded in 2014, was born and raised in the City of Angels. Created by Seed Beauty, the brand prides themselves on being wallet friendly and cruelty free. Their Shopify store is packed full of lipsticks in every colour imaginable. 

Big Baller Brand

Big Baller Brand is a sportswear and apparel company founded on family values and inspired by brothers Lonzo, LiAngelo, and LaMelo, 3 basketball players with Championship pedigree.
