TIME TO SET UP SHOP

REVIEW AND SUBMIT THE FORM

If you are a new or existing Shopify merchant, you must review and submit the ‘Attestation for the Sale of Hemp and Hemp-Derived Products’ form. The attestation outlines Shopify’s requirements for merchants selling hemp or CBD products in the US and by filling in the form merchants confirm they understand and will comply with those requirements. For more details on the form please see the requirements section in the FAQs.

Please note you must be signed in to your Shopify account to complete the form. If you are not in the US, the link will automatically redirect you to the Shopify Admin. This form must be completed in order to sell hemp or CBD products on Shopify.

THIRD-PARTY GATEWAYS

Shopify Payments is not available to CBD merchants at this time, however, Shopify has partnered with a handful of third-party gateways, all of which are fully integrated with Shopify and support the sale of certain hemp and CBD products.
